In the event of an incorrect shipment on our part and we are informed by the customer immediately, we refund the amount of the payment to the customer’s bank account. A prerequisite is the return of the product in excellent condition at our company’s expense and the existence of the receipt.

In case of receipt of a product by a customer, the number of which is not the desired one, and the customer wishes to change it, he/she sends it by general postal service to our company with a note of the desired one. Our company sends the desired product within 1 day of receipt.
